Healthy Eating
Healthy habits will add years to your life by avoiding deadly diseases and making you feel more energized for whatever life throws at you. It all begins with eating healthy meals the majority of the time; and, if you happen to cheat, try to keep your scale from going over 2-3 pounds. Also, pay attention to the nutritional labels and keeping your grams of fat and sugar very low. Each month I will be sharing a couple of recipes, you can use to help you lose weight and/or stay in control of your weight. These are simple but delicious healthy recipes that you can prepare for yourself for one day or entire week. You will need to double the recipe for each family member, if you wish to cook for them, too. Try it and let me know how you like it. Zumba:
Zumba is a fitness program that combines dance and fitness moves.
